What It Is

Strength you can measure, not guess at

The Vault Kinetics force plate measures the force you put into the ground during jumps, landings, squats, cuts and balance tests. It captures multi-angle force data and can be paired with camera tracking technology, so we can see how the force you produce lines up with how you actually move. That is dramatically different from the simplistic single-axis VALD force plate system.

The PitchSix dynamometer measures pulling and pushing strength at individual joints and muscle groups. It records at 80 times per second (80Hz) and reads up to 1,000 pounds of force, far more detailed data than most dynamometer systems on the market.

Both systems show results in real time and pair with an app, so you see your numbers as you test, and we can track them visit to visit.

Questions, Answered

What people ask before booking testing.

No. Testing is useful after an injury or surgery, and just as useful for athletes and lifters who want a baseline and objective numbers to train against.

The Vault Kinetics force plate measures the force you produce through the ground at multiple angles during jumps, landings, squats and balance tasks, and it can be paired with camera tracking, which is dramatically different from the simplistic single-axis VALD force plate system. The PitchSix dynamometer measures pulling and pushing strength at specific joints, recording at 80Hz and up to 1,000 pounds of force. Both show results in real time and pair with an app.
