We film or review your lift
You didn't start lifting to spend your 30s babying an old injury. Rep-by-rep video finds where your technique breaks down, so you can train harder, not around one.
What It Is
Weight lifting analysis is a video-based breakdown of your technique, rep by rep, whether it's your squat, deadlift, press, or any lift where form matters. We work with lifters ages 18 to 65, chasing a new PR or working around a nagging ache that only shows up under load.
We also offer a remote option. If you train at your own gym, send in footage of your lifts and get the same rep-by-rep breakdown without stepping into our clinic. Either way, we find exactly where your technique is breaking down and fix it before it becomes an injury.
In-clinic or remote. Send your own gym footage for the same rep-by-rep review.
What It Helps
You're not being dramatic about the pain under load. Weight lifting analysis finds the form breakdown causing it.

Questions, Answered
Not at all. Plenty of lifters book a weight lifting analysis just to sharpen their squat, deadlift, or press before an injury ever shows up. We work with lifters ages 18 to 65, whether you're troubleshooting pain under load or just want trained eyes on your form.
Yes. We offer a remote option, so if you train at your own gym, send in footage of your lifts and get the same rep-by-rep breakdown without coming in. If pain is part of the picture, we may still recommend an in-person evaluation to get the full picture.
Coverage depends on whether the visit is tied to a diagnosed injury or is purely performance-focused. We verify your exact benefits before your first session, so there’s no surprise on your bill. Questions before then? Call us at 206-279-2870.
