Insurance authorization limits
EviCore is a third-party business that works for insurance companies to limit access to physical therapy and other health-related benefits, through an authorization process used to determine whether a movement issue qualifies for insurance coverage. This increases paperwork and reduces the time healthcare practitioners can spend with patients. Please contact your senators and representatives to explain your concerns with these insurance practices.
