Thorough evaluation with your DPT
You’ve rested it. You’ve stretched it. Neither one found what’s actually causing the pain. One-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, every visit, we find the real cause and build a plan with an endpoint.

No referral needed. A real person calls to confirm, usually the same day.
What It Is
You’re the one who fixes things for everyone else. Which is exactly why your own body is always last on the list. At Forefront, you get one-on-one time with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, every visit. Not an aide. Not a rotating cast of providers. The same DPT, start to finish.
Every plan starts with a thorough evaluation, because the spot that hurts is rarely the spot that’s broken. From there, your DPT combines hands-on care with therapeutic exercise: the same foundation every other service at Forefront builds on.
One-on-one, every visit. Never shared.
What It Helps
It’s the foundation, the starting point for almost everything we treat.

Questions, Answered
Your first visit is a one-on-one, thorough evaluation with your Doctor of Physical Therapy. We watch how you move, find where you’re compensating, and figure out what’s actually driving the pain, not just where it shows up. Your DPT walks you through what we find, explains the plan, and often starts hands-on treatment the same day.
Yes. Every visit is one-on-one time with your Doctor of Physical Therapy, not a rotating aide, not a shared session. The DPT who evaluates you on day one is the same DPT with you through hands-on treatment and exercise, all the way to your last visit.
We check your exact benefits before your first session, so nothing surprises you on the bill later. Got a question now? Call us at 206-279-2870.
