Dr. Ethan Thompson
PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
I was born and raised in a small town in Wisconsin with my two older brothers. I then attended University of Wisconsin La Crosse where I majored in biology and minored in nutrition. I also ran four years of collegiate cross country and track and field at La Crosse. After completing my undergraduate studies, I then moved to Atlanta, Georgia to attend Emory University for my doctorate of physical therapy.
Core Values: Health in every facet – physical, mental and social. I want to help people not only function better, but I want to inspire them to build a mind body connection that offers them motivation and excitement about all types of movement/exercise.
“To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift.” – Steve Prefontaine
I am a former collegiate endurance runner, so I love to work with runners, but also all athletes in general. I envy the athlete lifestyle and I want to help people achieve their functional goals.
Sustaining a depth of patient-provider relationship that surpasses one off appointments and fosters growth throughout the course of care and beyond. I want to aim to build a connection with patients to help motivate their movement aspirations. I enjoy treating plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, and running biomechanics
Forefront is an uplifting and fast paced environment. At Forefront, we take into account all aspects of livelihood and how they may contribute to a patient’s physical ailments. I love the positive and optimistic energy that I experience with the Forefront team.
